About the

Client

Fullscript is a service that helps health practitioners virtually manage, supply and deliver supplements to their patients online. Ottawa’s fastest growing company in 2017, and Canada's 2nd fastest growing company in 2020 (Canadian Business), Fullscript now encompasses over 400 employees and delivers throughout the US and Canada.

My

Approach

The goal for Fullscript was to increase the number of sign-ups for their service, and give their brand a fresh touch-up. The previous website lacked a clear structure and was poorly organized, which left users lost. The approach was to create a long-scroll home page with clear call-to-actions placed in strategic areas. The content was also re-organized throughout the home page to help shape a story and keep users engaged. Finally the architecture was completely re-structured which allowed Fullscript to keep an structured website for years to come. The plan started with crating wireframes.

How it works page

Upon the first month of launch Fullscript reduced bounce rates by 32%, increased organic sessions by 27%, and increased overall sign up rates by 19%.

Setting the foundation for a

Design system

Besides having a logo and primary colours, Fullscript was looking for an opportunity to implement a design system. While simultaneously designing the website, I thought about elements that could be repeated throughout Fullscript’s brand such as iconography style, fonts, imagery and secondary colours.

The

Results

On the first week of launch Fullscript recorded new records of weekly sign-ups. The team was extremely happy with the results, that a celebration was held in honour of the new website. Fullscript even ordered a cake with the homepage design printed on it! Today, the framework and major design elements are still being used throughout the site.
